McDonald's in Loehne

Have a lot to do at the moment and because of the situation. But unfortunately I can't understand why something is missing every time?!? Different burgers were missing on two Fridays in a row but what is always missing are the fries ?. Therefore this evaluation and recession to vent my frustration. After standing in the drive for what felt like 45 minutes. Unfortunately there is room for improvement LG

Competent staff, friendly service and understandable waiting time, everything as it should be, gladly come more often.

Big Mac wasn't warm, so I give it 3.5

One of the chain's worse stores. You have to be really lucky to catch someone here who knows “good afternoon” and “goodbye” and knows and can apply all these complicated manners. Throwing your meal at the customer with a “goodbye” is not polite and makes it very unattractive to drive past there again. We'd rather switch to the surrounding shops.

Went to the drive thru. Waited 30min. Ok i understand rush hour. Then when i made and order wanted to pay and gave 200eu in one peace. In a very long discussion they explained that we cannot take this money for no reason. So i paid. Went out and the worst thing was that all of the food in the end was cold. Thank you workers of mcdonald for making my evening percect.

It's just amazing how this place is wearing off. I have ordered something there the last 3 times and only 1 order was correct. But I don't know how to go wrong with 2 cheeseburgers. Both times it looks like everything is there. And what is? No sauces with nuggets or fries and now not even toys in the Happy Meal today. I emphasize in 2 happy meals. And nobody answers the phone either. You can be almost happy to have something in the bag at all. And that with an approach of 12 km. Absolutely bad!

If I could give zero stars, I would! Today we wanted to eat again at Mc Donalds after a long time, it was full, everything is okay so far, you understand that when you go there once, that something was missing, the lady was still friendly, when you go there twice because then the drinks were forgotten (which were probably noticed there) you were turned on stupidly and treated totally unpleasantly and looked at as if you were about to be eaten. Especially since you didn't even get a cup holder, I know that's not compulsory either, but would kindly not be asking too much. Then the more or less shock at home, hair between the Chicken MCNuggets, I really understand a lot, I worked on the drive myself in the catering business, I know how stressful it can be, but then not even being friendly, I really don't think it's possible. Was on December 4th, 2020 at around 10 p.m.

As always delicious. I also had cold or lukewarm burgers before, but that rarely happened. Until now I always got what I ordered and there was never anything missing. The salespeople seem a little overwhelmed and spoiled but are otherwise very nice. The shop itself was always clean when I was there.

Would rather use McPorn instead of the McDonalts name, just a tip. ?

Ordered a Hamburger Royal cheese three times on different days and received the TS. Absolutely incompetent drive. Order at the terminals if you can!

They could very well offer more vegan things.

I was there today around 1:15 p.m. The lady at the entrance was very rude! If she is overwhelmed with the Corona rules, she should look for another job! I never go into this shop again

Great burgers / menus, been there several times and always tasty. The staff has always been nice and the location is great. I / we are always very satisfied. I can only recommend.

The milkshake machine has been broken for over 2 weeks. Understand who wants why it won't be fixed. Maybe we'll be lucky and the owner will inform us if the defect is fixed at some point.

I got told i can only use one Coupon Code from the App for an order which made me order 2 Mc Wraps instead, arrived at home to eat cold wraps. Can't reccomend this place!

Really nice McDonald's. Great service and very comfortable. The motorhome was the entrance a bit short but it was worth it. We will gladly come again, especially if the chill out places are set up outside.

Eating here no problem, if you got a dog, they won't even give u something to put the water in it. Not nice, very impolite too.

30 minutes waiting with just some 5 customers at the tables before I came in. It's a really poor joke. Don't waste your time, go to KFC a little bit further down the road.
